Shipping & Returns
DELIVERY TIMES & SHIPPING
Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the order destination. All orders are dispatched the next business day. For example, if an order is placed on a Friday, it will be shipped on Monday. The delivery timeframe begins once you receive your tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
MUIER SPAIN is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes required by the destination country's customs agency. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to cover these costs if they apply. A National ID (DNI/Passport number) must be provided to ensure orders pass through customs and reach the customer's address.
CANCELLING OR MODIFYING AN ORDER
You have 12 hours from the time your order is placed to request a cancellation or modification. Please contact us at info@muierspain.com, including your order number and the details of your request. Once a package has been dispatched to the address provided on our website, we cannot change the delivery address. In such cases, the customer is responsible for contacting the courier directly.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
The courier will make several delivery attempts. If you are unavailable during these attempts, the package will be returned to the MUIER SPAIN offices. If this occurs, the customer has two options:
-
Request a new shipment (the customer must cover the new shipping costs).
-
Request a refund.
In both cases, please contact info@muierspain.com with your order number and the details of the issue.
For deliveries in locations such as the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, or other specific areas, if delivery is not possible, the package will be held at a local post office. The customer must collect the package from that office within 15 business days.
MUIER SPAIN is not responsible for packages not collected within this timeframe, as unclaimed items in these locations are not returned to the sender.
