GENERAL RETURNS

We are happy to assist you with your return, but please take the following information into account before starting the process:

• You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.

• Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with all original packaging and items included. If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected.

• There is a return processing fee of €19, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. Only the price of the product is refundable; original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping and assumes full liability for ensuring the product arrives in perfect condition and without damage.

To initiate a return, please contact info@muierspain.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return.

MUIER SPAIN reserves the right to withhold the refund until the product has been received and its condition verified. We are not responsible for packages that arrive damaged, are misplaced, or lost during transit by the customer’s chosen carrier, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

RETURNS FOR EXTERNALLY DAMAGED ITEMS

Our handbags come with an extensive warranty, as we have full confidence in the artisanal craftsmanship behind each piece. However, if a product has been damaged due to external causes (including scratches, abrasions, cuts, fading, loss, theft, or general wear and tear from daily use), it will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
